Is the water safe?
Yes. All water comes from ISI-certified manufacturing plants and goes through RO, UV, ozonization, mineral balancing, and quality testing before it's sealed.
Are the jars sealed?
Yes. Every jar is delivered with a proper safety seal. If a seal is ever broken or tampered with when it reaches you, don't accept it — tell us and we'll replace it.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no security deposit. You can start immediately without paying any refundable deposit.
Can I order extra jars?
Yes. Additional jars are charged at your subscription rate while your plan is active — so you keep your discounted price even if you run out early.
How long are subscriptions valid?
All subscription plans are valid for 30 days from activation.
Do remaining jars expire?
Unused jars can be carried forward after renewal on the Monthly Smart Plan, so you don't lose what you've paid for.
Can businesses subscribe?
Yes. We offer business subscription plans — our Bulk / Business Plan covers 60 jars for ₹2399 over 30 days, and we'll tailor larger volumes on request.
